All products sold by Thrive Biogenix are intended strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, and are not to be used as drugs, food, cosmetics, or dietary supplements.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you will use the products solely for legitimate research purposes in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

The statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to access this website and purchase products from Thrive Biogenix. By using this website, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to cancel orders if we have reason to believe the purchaser does not meet the minimum age requirement.

Payment Terms

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping and Returns

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary based on the selected shipping method and destination. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Thrive Biogenix and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

You assume all responsibility for the proper handling, storage, and use of products purchased from Thrive Biogenix. We are not responsible for any misuse of our products.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
