What are peptides?+
Peptides are short chains of amino acids, typically containing 2 to 50 amino acids linked by peptide bonds. They play crucial roles in biological processes and are widely used in research to study cellular signaling, hormone regulation, immune function, and more. Our peptides are synthesized to research-grade purity (99%+) and are intended exclusively for laboratory research purposes.
How do I reconstitute peptides?+
Most lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be reconstituted using bacteriostatic water. Slowly inject the water along the inside wall of the vial, allowing it to gently dissolve the powder. Do not shake vigorously. Gently swirl the vial until the solution is clear. Each product page includes specific reconstitution instructions and recommended dilution volumes. Always use sterile technique and store reconstituted peptides refrigerated at 2-8°C.
What is your shipping policy?+
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3-5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. All packages are shipped discreetly with temperature-sensitive items packed with appropriate cold chain materials. We currently ship within the United States only.
Are your peptides third-party tested?+
Absolutely. Every batch of peptides we sell is independently tested by accredited third-party laboratories. We test for identity (mass spectrometry), purity (HPLC), and sterility. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on each product page and can also be requested by contacting our support team. We never sell a batch that does not meet our 99%+ purity standard.
What is your return policy?+
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Do I need a prescription?+
Our products are sold as research chemicals for laboratory research use only. They are not drugs, supplements, or intended for human or animal consumption. No prescription is required for purchasing research peptides. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that the products will be used solely for legitimate research purposes.
